Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund. All products are made to order, as such, we do not accept returns.
After receiving your product and inspecting the condition of your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with images and a description of the issue (this will help our team ensure that the issue is remedied for the particular product). Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your complaint to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We take damaged and defective items very seriously. Requesting a refund or issuing a complaint will allow us to remedy the problem and if necessary remove the product from stock. We appreciate your contribution to assisting us in providing high quality products.
We reserve the right to decline requests for refunds if we believe that damage was not due to production or shipping.
